Privacy notice
This website collects no personal data. There is no database behind it and no analytics on it, and nothing you type into it is sent anywhere by the site itself. The only thing it keeps is the language you chose, stored on your own device.
What is collected
Nothing is collected by this site. These pages are static files, built in advance and the same for everyone. Nothing is generated for you when you visit, there is no database behind them, and there are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. Your browser is also instructed to load nothing from any other website, so no outside script or tracking pixel can run here. Like any website, the service that delivers these pages has to receive your request in order to send the page back. The site's own code neither reads nor keeps anything from that request.
One value is stored on your device: your language choice, saved under the name fb-lang with the value ar or en. It is kept in your browser's storage and mirrored in a cookie of the same name, which your browser sends back to this site as browsers do with cookies. It does one job: if you return to the entry page, the site opens in the language you picked. Those two letters are all it holds. It is not an identifier, it is not tied to you, and it carries no other information.
The inquiry form does not submit to us. When you send it, the page turns what you typed into a plain-text message on your own device and hands that text to your email app, to WhatsApp, or to your clipboard. You are the sender: nothing goes anywhere until you send it yourself. Choosing WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the message already written in it, carried there in the link the page opens. Files you add stay in the browser and never leave your device. An email link or a WhatsApp link cannot carry files, so the message lists their names only, and you attach the real files yourself in the app that opens.
What it is used for
The site collects nothing, so there are only two purposes to name. Your language choice is used to show the site in the language you asked for. A message you choose to send is used to answer you and to work out what you need.
No marketing list is built from this site, and there is no profiling. There is nothing here to sell or pass on, because the site holds no data to do it with. A message you send by email or by WhatsApp travels through those services in the ordinary way and on their own terms. There is no advertising and no analytics in these pages, and no content embedded from other sites.
Legal basis
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) governs how personal data is handled in the Kingdom. This website handles none, so there is nothing here that needs a basis.
Where personal data reaches us at all, it reaches us because you chose to send it. The basis is your own request: you made contact, and what is in your message is handled to reply to you. Your language choice is stored for one reason only — so that if you return to the entry page, the site opens in the language you picked. Clear it in your browser and the site still works; it simply stops remembering the choice.
How long anything is kept
The website retains nothing, because it stores nothing. What you type into the form is never sent to us, your files are never uploaded, and the site keeps no record of your visit. There is nothing on the site to delete.
The cookie holding your language choice expires one year after it is set. The copy in your browser's storage stays until you clear site data, which you can do at any time. Clear it and the site simply asks again which language you want. A message you send lives where you sent it: in your own sent items, and with us in ordinary email or WhatsApp. If you want a message you sent us removed, write to us and ask.
Your rights under the PDPL
The Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over personal data about you. They include:
- to be told what personal data is collected and why
- to ask whether any is held, and to see it
- to receive a copy of it in a clear, readable format
- to have it corrected, completed or brought up to date
- to ask that it be destroyed once it is no longer needed
To use any of them, write to us using the contact details below and say what you are asking for. In most cases there will be nothing to act on, because the site holds nothing about you. What these rights apply to is a message you have already sent us and what you put in it.
